Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless your product is damaged upon delivery. If you have been sent the wrong product, we will resolve that issue for you for free. 

In the event of a package returning to us due to an invalid or wrong address, the customer of this order is required to pay for shipping the second time around. 

Strap Star is not responsible for packages that may become lost in the delivery process.
